The Vatican

... is not one of the Seven Hills of Rome, which are the Capitoline, the Quirinal, the Viminal, the Esquiline, the Caelian, the Aventine and the Palatine.

The Vatican is on the other side of the River Tiber from the city of Rome.

Other notable hills in the vicinity of Rome include the Janiculum, which was referred to a couple of weeks ago, by its modern Italian name (and is also to the west of the Tiber) and the Pincian (near the Villa Borghese).
